We're on the hunt for passionate Bartenders to join the award-winning team at The Cut Bar & Grill - a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of The Rocks .

As part of the Hunter St. Hospitality group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, professional team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a premium or hatted venue

• Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills

• Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday & Saturday nights)

• Valid RSA
