BAS Project Manager

As a BAS Project Manager , you will: Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion. Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents. Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before handoff. Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence. Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation. Assign commissioning work and oversee field personnel. Review and approve weekly timecards for Controls Technicians. Approve and manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for each project. Provide monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of experience in construction project management. 60%-70% travel is required. Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and automation. Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and risk management. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools. HSD or GED is required. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications or technical training is preferred but not mandatory.
