Job Summary:

The Base Area Operations (BAO) Department is looking for motivated individuals to join our team, and help us create the best sense of arrival possible for our guests. Whether this be maintaining the plazas and facilities at the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains; to parking efficiency and greeting guests with a smile. This job strives to create the best sense of arrival to our guests as they arrive at Whistler Blackcomb.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20/hr

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

  • Housing Availability: Yes
