Base Calibration Technical Team Lead

Powertrain Engineering is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to fulfill the role as Base Calibration Technical Team Leader. The Base Calibration Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading a group of engineers, conducting performance reviews, mentoring new engineers to ensure propulsion systems function. The Base Calibration Technical Team Leader will plan resources, timelines and lead base calibration development work for a group of 5-10 engineers.

The Base Calibration Technical Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the team that generates optimal base engine calibrations meeting all the program objectives in terms of performance, control stability, lowest fuel consumption whilst minimizing the engine out and tailpipe emissions levels.
