Job Description
I need plans done in order how to best finish my ~2200sqft basement. The idea is to finish either half the basement, or the full basement (whatever aggregates the most value to the house upon a potential sale). The intent is for the basement to be fully independent and livable, with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, office, living room, dining room.
There will also likely to move the exterior door to a different position (probably upper left corn on the left wall), and add some windows, so exterior design will be needed as well.
I am looking to close this on a project basis, not a per hour basis if possible.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Interior Design Consultation, SketchUp, Photorealistic Rendering, Lumion, Floor Plan Design, 3D Rendering, 3D Modeling, Interior Design, Exterior Rendering, Landscape Design, Architectural Rendering, Architecture & Interior Design, Architectural Design, Autodesk Revit
