**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Basing Team Officer Assistant to supports the Director of Operations, J-4, and is responsible for assisting the J-4 with overall development, implementation, management, and direction of U.S. engineering and basing efforts. This position will be based out of Doha, Qatar and supports the CENTCOM AOR.
**Responsibilities**
+ The Basing Team Officer Assistant (BTOA) supports the Director of Operations, J-4, and is responsible for assisting the J-4 with overall development, implementation, management, and direction of U.S. engineering and basing efforts. The BTO assists the J-4 in coordinating and monitoring U.S. base transitions, infrastructure-related programs, initiatives, and projects, environmental compliance, and real estate.
