**Job Description**
The batch mixer plays a crucial role in the production process by being cross-trained in raw material pre-batching, blender operation, and blender sanitizing. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient preparation and blending of materials for production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick and weigh raw materials accurately.
+ Assemble raw materials needed for production into kits.
+ Load blenders with raw materials and mix according to batch specifications.
+ Package the product into containers.
+ Clean and sanitize the blender after each use.
+ Maintain a clean and safe workplace by adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
+ Retrieve raw material kits and place them by the blender.
+ Store finished products in designated storage racks.
+ Follow all standard operating procedures meticulously.
