Join to apply for the Batch Operation Analyst role at Dicetek LLC .

The Batch Operations unit supports critical 24x7 data processing activities for the entire Group.

The operator should have skills to perform/execute EODs for Core Banking, Consumer Asset, Data applications, and other satellite applications.

They should also have the ability to operate enterprise scheduler applications, most commonly used for file processing and automating batch operations tasks.

Main Tasks

  1. Perform Core Banking (including international locations) and other Tier1/2/3/4 applications EOD processes according to SOPs & work instructions.
  2. Execute ATM Maintenance / Refresh CAF & PBF jobs on Base24 application for the Group and third parties.
  3. Monitor and re-trigger failed batch jobs related to Data application components (Hadoop, Informatica, Power BI) based on SOPs.
