Join our team as a Batching Technician, working on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and quality of batch production for the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Examine the batch card and verify the math related to the number of bulk bags or boxes and the accompanying pieces for each line item.
• Physically inspect bags and containers for the correct ingredient codes and names, and verify the count on the skids.
• Check that non-bulk pieces are correctly accounted for on the piece skid, ensuring printout quantities match batch card entries.
• Initial pieces without a corresponding printout, with exceptions for Liquid Batches.
