CorTech Staffing is seeking a Mixing/Batching Operator for a Whitewater, WI Compounding company. Temp-to-Hire after 60 days
Starting at $19.92 + shift differential
2nd or 3rd shifts are available! Position Summary:
This person is responsible for running stations on the mixing line on a rotation basis and creating quality material while working safely. Responsibilities: •Competently operate the mixer, dump mill, blend mill, batch-off, warehouse, and intermediates stations on a rotation basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Comply with TS-16949 procedures and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Responsible to train new operators. Knowledge/Experience Required:
• Ability to read and write in English • 5 years manufacturing experience preferred; rubber pre-forming experience preferred.
• Must have a good working knowledge of a P.C. CorTech Cares!
