This position is highly hands-on and focused on taking battery pack and energy storage systems from early-stage development through prototyping, pilot builds, and industrialisation. The role sits at the intersection of battery development, prototyping, and manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on execution, pace, and design-for-manufacture in a low-volume, high-complexity environment. The role is well suited to someone who has worked in battery pack development or prototyping, enjoys being close to the hardware, and wants to play a critical role in turning engineering concepts into manufacturable reality.
