is retained by a fast-growing, venture-backed advanced engineering company to appoint a
Battery Manufacturing Lead
into a key technical execution role.

This position is highly hands-one and focused on taking battery and energy storage systems from early-stage development through to manufacturable reality. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, prototyping, and production, with a strong emphasis on execution, pace, and design-for manufacture.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the hardware, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to play a critical role in scaling an advanced engineering programme.
