Job Summary

Dynamic academic to drive BBA Entrepreneurship ecosystem: Mentor students, execute startup outreach, manage eCell events, secure government grants, and foster investor ties. Blend teaching with incubation leadership for high-impact innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core/elective Entrepreneurship courses using multimedia/digital platforms; prepare lectures, assignments, PPTs/videos.

  • Create student entrepreneur ecosystem: Onboard tech startups, industry mentorships, workshops/meet-ups end-to-end.

  • Manage eCell: Collaborate with Steering Committee, partners; prepare proposals for govt startup schemes.

  • Network with govt depts for incubation ops; engage state startup policies; build regional investor community.

  • Curriculum innovation, faculty support, campus events; represent program externally.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Essential: First-Class Master's in Entrepreneurship/relevant OR MBA (Entrepreneurship/Finance/Intl Business) ≥55%; UGC-NET/equivalent.

  • Desirable: PhD/Pursuing from reputed institute; 3+ years teaching/industry; publications (10+ papers/books); entrepreneurial exp (profit/non-profit).

  • 10 years total exp preferred for senior applicants (incl. PhD supervision).

Skills (Must-Have for Screening)

Technical: MS Office (Advanced Excel/PPT), G Suite, LMS/Moodle, Research Tools.
Core: Entrepreneurship Management, Startup Incubation, Curriculum Design, Grant Writing.
Trending: Business Analytics, Pitch Deck Creation, Investor Networking, Startup Policy.
Soft: Leadership, Public Speaking, Stakeholder Management, Event Planning.

Experience

  • Min 3 years teaching/industry; proven startup mentoring/events preferred.
