About the job:Contract Duration: 1 yearShift timing: 3 to 12 AM (UK Shift)Location: Airoli, Navi MumbaiWorking Mode: WFO - Monday to FridayRole & Responsibilities:Conducting Pre-Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing the Offer & Releasing offers manually and through the Oracle System.Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session on the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.Complete pre-onboarding formalities in the Oracle system for new joinersCoordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.Closing of different requests raised by the employee on the internal portal.Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.Complete Onboarding formalities in the Oracle system for new joiners.Carrying out different activities related to pre- and post-onboarding.Query Resolution-HR Tool Qualification andSkills required:Any Graduate / PGAbility to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative teamStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
