Job Summary

Accomplished leader to spearhead BBA program excellence, faculty mentoring, curriculum innovation, industry collaborations, and student employability in dynamic business domains like analytics and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 12-14 teaching hours weekly; oversee faculty workloads and professional development.

  • Design and update BBA curriculum emphasising practical skills, case studies, and emerging trends.

  • Manage department operations: Scheduling, budgeting, performance reviews, workshops/seminars.

  • Build industry partnerships for internships, placements, live projects, and guest sessions.

  • Promote research, accreditation readiness, and student mentoring for holistic growth.

  • Handle administrative tasks including exams, events, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Essential:   PhD in Management / Business Administration (or pursuing); First-Class Master's degree (MBA / PGDM with minimum 55% marks from AICTE-approved institution).

  • Desirable:   NET / SLET / SET qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in teaching / research / industry (at least 5 years at Associate Professor level or equivalent).

  • Proven leadership in academic administration or department management.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Expertise in MS Office, LMS platforms, ERP systems, business analytics tools (Excel, SPSS).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, sustainability, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
