Are you someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity—and plans into action? The Canada Operations 1st Line Risk and Controls team is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join us as a BC Coordinator, BCM Operational Resilience.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Canada Operations, supporting the end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle. From hands-on development and testing to ongoing maintenance of critical BCM artifacts, you’ll help ensure our operations are resilient, prepared, and compliant—no matter what challenges arise.
You’ll operate with a high degree of independence, partnering closely with business leaders to translate BCM standards and recovery concepts into practical, executable plans that make sense to non-technical audiences.
Location: Waterloo, ON or Toronto, ON
Contract Duration: 8 months (high potential for extension and conversion to FTE)
