Job Description

We are looking for skilled Tekla Modelers (Junior and Senior levels) to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in 3D steel detailing using SDS/2 or Tekla Structures, along with the ability to create detailed fabrication and erection drawings for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and model structural steel components using Tekla Structures or SDS/2

Prepare fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and gather sheets

Check and validate models and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards

Create RFIs (Requests for Information) and COs (Change Orders) as needed

Estimate man-hours for project bidding and planning

Participate in resource planning, allocation, and technical coordination with clients

Troubleshoot and resolve modeling errors in SDS/2 or Tekla

Utilize parametric modeling tools and advanced selection techniques to improve productivity

Maintain and update digital project databases

Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project specifications

Skills Required:

Proficient in SDS/2, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD (2006 & 2010)

Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10), Bluebeam, MS Office, and PROCORE

Strong technical knowledge in steel detailing and structural modeling

Good understanding of both commercial and industrial project workflows

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
