This role is hybrid , with in-person requirements as needed for assessments, supervision, per payer compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar) Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and/or trainees Ensure services align with BACB standards, payer requirements, and state regulations Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and reauthorizations accurately and o...
