Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support students in a K-12 educational setting, serving ages 5 through 22. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM throughout the current school year, based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families to optimize student success, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and interventions. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes.

Desired qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health or eligible to obtain licensure within six months
