Soliant has an opening for a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in theKennett Square, PAarea. This position is for the remainder of the 2026 School Year. Soliant offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or comparable.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of two years experience in behavior analysis services.
Skills & Abilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student needs.
Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and implementation.
Use data collection and analysis to monitor progress and inform decisions.
Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and emotional/behavioral needs.
Knowledge of PBIS frameworks and inclusive behavior support practices.
