Lead the delivery of BCBS239 compliance programmes in alignment with regulatory requirements.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans within the banking department.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution and alignment with organisational goals.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies effectively.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and relevant committees.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BCBS239 principles and regulations.
