Roles and Responsibilities A motivated and experienced Design Professional to join our Business Development team reporting to
the Manager – Design based in Gurgaon.
Skills & experiences required
• Ideally worked in a design consultants office and not in Real estate / developers’ firm.
• or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college
• Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations
• Communication and presentation skills
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
What’s in it for you?
• Will be responsible for coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop
world class designs for Stores.
• Custodian of store designs – develop designs for all upcoming stores
• Engage with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template
• Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ’s (bill of quantities)
• Should be able to do Cross-functional coordination, good inter-personal skills
• Visit On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.
• Some site/construction experience.
