Job Description

Role Objective:

To drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients for staffing and manpower outsourcing services through structured inside sales activities. The role combines strategic prospecting, relationship management, and closure accountability, with a focus on signing up new clients and expanding business reach across industries.


Inside Sales' Roles & responsibilities-

-Research and identify potential clients in target sectors (Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, BFSI, etc.) using LinkedIn, job portals, and business databases.

-Build and maintain a database of potential clients with accurate contact details.

-Qualify leads by understanding their manpower needs, business size, and decision-making structure.

-Make daily outbound calls and send personalised emails/messages to introduce staffing solutions.

-Pitch CIEL capabilities, service offerings, and differentiators.

-Schedule meetings/demos between prospects and the Regional BD Manager or senior leadership.

-Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to understand fulfilment capabilities.
