+ Education: MBA / Engineering / BBA / B.Com Graduate with relevant industry experience.
+ Purpose of the role: assist in managing and support in handling all client visits across the FSFT BU from business development perspective

The BD Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives focusing on project management and stakeholder engagement
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive company growth
+ Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
+ Provide strategic direction in stakeholder management to foster strong relationships and collaboration
+ Implement effective knowledge management strategies to optimize information sharing and utilization
+ Coordinate business operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
+ Develop proposals and presentations to communicate business solutions to potential clients
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
+ Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
+ Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
+ Support finance and accounting teams by providing insights and strategic guidance
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong project management skills with a proven track record in delivering successful projects
+ Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain relationships
+ Have a solid understanding of knowledge management strategies and their application in business
+ Exhibit proficiency in business operations with a focus on process optimization
+ Experience in finance and accounting is a plus providing valuable insights into business strategies
+ Show excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey business solutions
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both remote and in-office environments.
