Role Summary


Vueverse is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in Life Sciences staff augmentation to drive new client acquisition within India. This role is focused on hunting—building new logos across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, MedTech, and Digital Health organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client acquisition for Life Sciences staffing and staff augmentation services
  • Identify, target, and close new clients across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, MedTech, and Life Sciences GCCs
  • Sell contract staffing, staff augmentation, and project-based talent solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, and industry networks
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand hiring pain points, and position Vueverse’s domain-led staffing value
