Role Summary


Vueverse is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in Life Sciences staff augmentation to drive new client acquisition within India . This role is focused on hunting—building new logos across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, MedTech, and Digital Health organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client acquisition for Life Sciences staffing and staff augmentation services
  • Identify, target, and close new clients across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, MedTech, and Life Sciences GCCs
  • Sell contract staffing, staff augmentation, and project-based talent solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, and industry networks
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand hiring pain points, and position Vueverse’s domain-led staffing value
