Job Description

  • Be responsible for the daily communication and maintenance of customers, establish and update customer files, and respond promptly to customers' inquiries, needs and feedback during project cooperation.
  • Follow up on the entire process of cooperative projects in depth, coordinate internal technical, commercial, delivery and other teams to ensure the project progresses as planned and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • Collect and sort out customers' opinions and suggestions on products/services, form structured feedback reports, and provide data support for product optimization and business expansion.
  • Participate in customer visits, business meetings and other activities, assist in completing business negotiations, contract signing and subsequent performance tracking.
