Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support
    • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
    • Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
  2. Telemarketing
    • Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
    • Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
  3. Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
  4. Issuance of quotations
  5. Prepare official quotations
  6. Follow up on quotations to clients
  7. Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
  8. Sales Lead
    • Assess, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
    • submit report
