Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Associates.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff and customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming sales leads from phone calls, online inquiries, social media, and third-party lead providers.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the appropriate sales team members.
- Follow up with no-show appointments and unsold showroom traffic to encourage re-engagement.
