About The Opportunity

A fast-growing company operating in the B2B talent acquisition and HR-tech enabled services sector, focused on delivering recruitment, employer-branding, and workforce solutions to enterprise clients across India. We are scaling our on-site sales team to win new corporate accounts and expand market penetration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise B2B revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing clients across assigned territories using outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), update pipeline stages, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
