Business Development Manager – Project Funding


 Locations: Sikar, Ajmer, Bhilwara

 CTC: Up to 7 LPA

 Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in Project Funding / Corporate Lending / Business Loans)


Job Responsibilities:




  • Identify and acquire clients for project funding requirements.




  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle – sourcing, meeting clients, documentation, and coordination.




  • Build strong relationships with builders, developers, corporates, and intermediaries.




  • Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.




  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Key Requirements:




  • Proven experience in Project Funding, Construction Finance, LAP, or Corporate Funding.




  • Strong sourcing network in the assigned territory.




  • Good communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.




  • Ability to handle high-value funding proposals.




Educational Qualification:




  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
