Job Title: Business Development Manager – Security Guard Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Security Guard services business in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients for security guard and related services
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development for security guard services in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the UAE security services market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• UAE driving license is an advantage
