Responsibilities 1 Business Acquisition Revenue Generation - Drive new customer acquisition for Loan Against Property LAP through DSA Channel Partners and Direct Sourcing - Identify and onboard productive channel partners and financial advisors - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for disbursal and fee income 2 Client Channel Management - Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers - Conduct regular meetings and product training with channel partners to ensure alignment and productivity - Ensure consistent lead inflow and conversion from assigned channels 3 Credit Risk Coordination - Work closely with credit team to ensure timely sanction and disbursement of LAP applications - Pre-screen loan applications to match eligibility criteria risk appetite and policy norms - Assist in documentation valuation coordination and legal checks 4 Market Intelligence Strategy - Mo...
