Job Title: Business Development Manager 

-Location: Chandanagar-Kharadi, Pune - 14 

-Industry: IT Staffing 

-Experience: Upto 10 years from Staffing industry and staffing services is must 

-Salary: As per knowledge and experience 

-Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday holiday, every Sunday is common holiday 

-Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and execute business growth strategies 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 

- Negotiate and close deals - Meet and exceed sales targets 

Required Skills: 

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills 

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
