• The execution / support of Operational Excellence processes for Corporate Functions Global products department on Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Sourcing and workforce evolution, Compliance with Group Standards, Products KPIs;

• Meetings Governance: Preparation and organization of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes;

• Change Management and Transformation: Supporting and tracking the implementation of the new Target Operating Model;

• Data gathering, and compilation, treatment, reporting;

• Other related Ad Hoc / New requests;
