• BDR Manager Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) About the Role Simeio is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead and develop a team of five Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.


• This leader will drive performance against weekly appointment-setting targets, ensure consistent lead follow-up, and oversee KPI achievement across the BDR organization.
• The ideal candidate brings a proven track record managing successful BDR/SDR teams, ideally within cybersecurity, identity security, or security services , and knows how to build a high-performance outbound motion.
