  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Minimum three (3) years front line outbound sales or business development experience, preferably gained in a B2B sales environment with a consistent track record of hitting targets.

    • As the BDR Sales Director you will: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs in implementing effective outreach strategies and sales techniques. 

  • Monitor, manage and report on BDRs metrics on a weekly/monthly basis, making strategic adjustments as necessary. 

  • Develop outbound strategies based on market research and competitive analysis to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
