Set up umbrellas, loungers, and other beach furniture. Ensure that the beach furniture and area are clean and safe.Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)Offer menu recommendations upon requestTake accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering softwareCommunicate order details to the Kitchen StaffServe food and drink ordersHandle guest complaints and report them to the supervisorDeliver checks and collect bill paymentsFollow all relevant health & safety regulations
