The crew serves as the backbone to our ability to serve guests. For may this is a starting position that leads into a career. For others it gives them a position that is flexible for their life.
At this McDonald's we focus on different pay levels for crew dependent on flexibility / availability. We know many of us want to not work weekends, but being a beach side store its very difficult to serve guests without the crew. As such, crew positions are paid by availability.

Openers: $15.00 Limit 5
Closer: $15.00 Limit 5
Open Availability $15.00 Limit 4
Primary Maintenance $15.00 Limit 1
Shift Manager $17.00 Limit 7
All other positions vary
