Job Title: Lead Visual Designer

Location: On-site in Hyderabad - 5 days WFO

We're seeking a Lead Visual Designer to establish and evolve the complete visual language
for Beacon.li across every touchpoint, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to
video content, print collateral, and beyond. This isn't just a design role, but an opportunity to
shape how the world sees and experiences our brand.
You'll be the creative force behind our visual identity, working across disciplines to ensure
every pixel, frame, and printed piece reflects our innovation and expertise. We need
someone who can not only create stunning visuals but also produce or orchestrate video
content that brings our platform to life.

What You'll Do

Raise the Bar (and the Volume)

● Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams

● Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer

isn't the right one

● Establish Beacon.li as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space

Create and Orchestrate

● Develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums -

digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms

● Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, website

pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content

● Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos

● Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint

Collaborate and Challenge

● Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams

● Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution

● Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Mentor by Doing

● Level up junior designers through hands-on work

● Lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking

● Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

● 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse,

high-impact work

● Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies

● Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery

● Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as video

● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems

● Typography, color theory, and composition expertise

● Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools

Bonus Points For:

● Experience with emerging design technologies, and an understanding of how AI can

help a brand level up

● Background in startup or high-growth environments

● Motion graphics and animation skills
