Mission Statement
Drive sales (Centre Sales Beauty, Derma & Product), customer excellence, profitability & ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness while leading the Beauty team to deliver exceptional service.
Outcomes & Accountabilities
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial targets (Sales & Profit Margins) for the Beauty department.
2. Maintain Beauty NPS above 90%.
3. Ensure operational efficiency & adherence to SOPs.
4. Lead & develop the Beauty team to enhance performance, service delivery & service efficacy.
Competencies
1. Excellent Technical knowledge in Beauty (Skin /Hair) services (with prior hands-on experience in Skin/ Hair services).
2. Proven ability to solution & makes a sale basis individual client requirement.
3. Strong leadership, and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
