The Skincare Therapist will promote Dior image of skincare expertise via conducting Dior Private Skin Treatments and providing the highest standard of service to clients.

Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micro peeling and treatments for menProvide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers and booking of skincare treatment serviceEducate customers on Dior products, on skincare application techniques and routines, and on the Dior brandAchieve retail sales targets and facial targets monthlySupport team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requestedEnsure the Welcome to Dior approach is embedded with every client interactionManage client bookings and build client profile tailored to treatments offeredAttend regular bespoke training and ensure product and service knowledge is promotedSell Dior products and skincare treatments and provide a high standard of service to customers on counter throughout the whole sale via Dior professional selling techniquesAble to cross sell makeup and fragrance / global approachCoach Beauty Consultants on their skincare diagnosis, consultation and gestures and application tips (if Dior Cabin for Dior Private Skin Treatments at the counter)Update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profileDevelop and utilize customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)Ensure that cabins are always in line with hygiene and quality standardsMonitor stock levels, report any issues to Counter Manager to ensure there is sufficient stock, particularly on skincare productsConduct all assigned operational and administrative tasksAdhere to Dior grooming guidelines and Cabin and store standardsRespect corporate & counter rules and report to trade store management team and operational staffDirectly reports to Dior in-store management team and internal interactions with Training, Sales and Marketing Team MembersRepresent the brand values towards the client and always demonstrates a Dior attitude Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati

Selling skills and Customer-service skillsConfirmed aptitude on skincare application on face and body, especially on high level skincare treatments and use of skincare toolsCompleted training on skincare knowledge, face and body applicationsExcellent product knowledge on cosmetics, in particular skincare and skincare treatmentExcellent knowledge on the face and body anatomy, muscles, skin and how it functionsGood communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in EnglishAble and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis & consultation Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati interni

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Preferably with skincare luxury business experienceTechnical Director Diploma (3 years) requiredPrevious professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysisExperience of Spa environment desirableExperience of working in luxury retail environment but not essential
