Role Overview

Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization

o Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

o Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.

• Techno-Functional Leadership

o Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

o Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.

• Process Improvement & Automation

o Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.

o Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

• System Integrations

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).

o Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.

• Ownership & Mentorship

o Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.

o Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

• Troubleshooting & Support

o Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.

o Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background

o BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

o Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).

• Experience

o 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.

o Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

• Technical Proficiency

o Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).

o Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.

o Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
