Job Description

Established in 1988, Whyalla Beef has grown from a modest cattle operation into one of the largest and most respected feedlots in Australia. Over the past 37 years, we have expanded our capacity, invested in advanced feed milling and ration delivery systems, and strengthened our supply chain partnerships with producers and processors nationwide.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing animal health
  • Unloading and loading livestock trucks
  • Penning up livestock
  • Drafting livestock
  • Accurate counting of livestock
  • Plans, organises, controls, coordinates and performs farming operations to breed and raise beef cattle for meat and breeding stock.
  • breeding and raising livestock for the production of honey, meat, milk, skins, eggs and wool
