The Regional Behavior Specialist is responsible for delivering
high-quality professional development and direct technical assistance to
school districts across Illinois to strengthen the implementation of
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans
(BIPs). This role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned
regions, supporting educators and school teams in implementing
function-based, instructional approaches to behavior that align with
