Behavior Support Technician

Behavior Support Technician Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention programs with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavioral changes. Assist in developing and applying effective behavior support plans tailored to each client. Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to clients utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods. Teach and reinforce vital social, communication, and daily living skills to enhance client independence. Collaborate with the BCBA to adapt and refine treatment plans as required, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
