Behavior Tech (BT) Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and teaching essential skills across different settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. Behavior Technicians play a crucial role in providing effective interventions, tracking progress, and supporting clients in reaching their goals.
