Job Description

With over 30 years of experience in providing in-home care, we understand that our team of Behavior Technicians are integral to creating the very best outcomes for our families. That is why we prioritize the support and development our behavior technician team receives and are pleased to provide the following:


+ 40 Hours of paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques in accordance with BACB Guidelines

+ Unlimited support from a team of BCBAs, supervisors, and office staff

+ Ability to create a flexible schedule that fits with your availability

+ Meet and greet sessions to ensure the best fit with patients

+ Fast communication with office and clinical team

Responsibilities


+ Provide direct care to children with Autism and related disorders in a one-on-one therapy setting to implement behavior plans as instructed by the Behavior Analyst

+ Communicate client progress with supervising Behavior Analyst

+ Document interventions, collect and record data on behaviors, and any progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner

+ Collect and record data on client behavior

+ Collaborate, communicate and assist with the training of clients, parents and staff.

+ Provide behavioral support to reduce challenging behaviors

+ Maintain strict confidentiality


Qualifications & Skills


+ Eager, energetic, and passionate!

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Experience working with children (experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred)

+ Current CPR certification and TB/PPD/Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)

+ Willingness to commute to and work in clients’ home within specified region

+ Reliable transportation

+ Good written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills
