Behavior Technician: ABA

Job Description Job Description Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a behavior technician to join our team in New Jersey! We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. We provide our team members with ongoing training and mentorship, a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation. We will also help you grow your career by supporting you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities: Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA Collect data on a daily basis Communicate regularly with the BCBA Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client Basic Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field Experience in the field of ABA Complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician. Maintain recertification of RBT training annually
