Join Northway Academy in Baxter as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!
**$** **16-$21/hour plus $1 increase @ 6 months | Part Time** **Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm**
